Let us get your recruiting team on track with the foundations of good recruiting. After the sessions, your internal recruitment managers will be responsible for keeping their teams on track using the methods that we've shown them. Recruiters will be responsible for enacting the methods that we teach them.

Give us a job description, let us conduct an intake with your hiring team, and we'll send you candidate info that your inhouse recruiting team can then connect with.
2 week minimum required in order for us to adequately prime the market and funnel candidates that match your job description to your pipeline.
Retain us as your personal recruitment agency - RPO
(Great for startups and businesses that need to scale quickly)
1 year commitment
Retain us as your inhouse recruiting team for a 1 year time commitment. Pay the yearly management fee which includes reporting (Time to fill, Pipeline report, YTD Hires Report, Aging req report, Open req report, and Cancelled req reports); committed team of remote recruiters, a recruitment coordinator and a recruiting manager; job advertising budget.
Each recruiter can handle 10 requisitions at a time. If you have more than 30 requisitions that you want our agency working on at any given time, we can easily add additional recruiters to scale up and support your business needs. Each additional recruiter is charged a monthly fee based on the contract that we have in place with you.
